Who We Serve

Porter’s Call provides free, confidential care to recording artists and their partners.

We serve artists who are signed to a record label under an artist deal, as well as independent artists who perform at least 20 shows per year featuring their own original music. Cover music does not qualify.

For bands, the artist must legally own the band rather than be a hired touring musician. Musicians who are paid a salary must be officially named as members of the band to be eligible.

What to Expect

Getting started is simple.

1. Apply
Complete our brief eligibility form below so we can learn a little about you and determine whether you qualify for Porter’s Call’s free care. We’ll review your application, usually within a week. 

2. Complete Intake
Once your eligibility is approved, our Hospitality Coordinator will send you a few intake forms and a waiver to complete. From there, you’ll have a brief intake call to talk through what you’re looking for and help us understand how we can best support you.

3. Get Matched
We’ll connect you with a Porter who is a good fit for your needs and schedule your first session.

From your first conversation forward, our goal is simple: to make it easy to access a trusted place to be heard, cared for, and supported.
